Prime Minister Hun Sen has challenged former opposition leader Sam Rainsy to swear for the death of Mr Rainsy’s family members as the latter accused him of being behind the death of former National Police Chief Hok Lundy about 10 years ago.

On his Facebook page on Sunday, Mr Rainsy posted the photos of Gen Lundy who died in a helicopter crash in Svay Rieng province on November 9, 2008 as he was en route to Bavet city and alleged that Mr Hun Sen was behind the incident.

“Hun Sen is the one who killed Hok Lundy through a bomb planted aboard the helicopter while he was flying over Svay Rieng province on November 9, 2008.” Mr Rainsy said in the post. “He decided to kill Hok Lundy because Hok Lundy knew a lot about Hun Sen committing something very bad.”
